Got it back today from my watchmaker, with a new glass.
After some investigations I found out that it's a HY Moser, (he was also a
supplier of the Tsars court).
All three covers have the silver hallmark and the same serial number.
Beats strong (like new) and when you push the crown the cover jumps open veeerrry slooowly ... I like that, very stylish B-)

I wonder that the inscription on caseback have so many mistakes :-S
НАСЫ ДЛЯ РОССIИ should be ЧАСЫ ДЛЯ РОССIИ (watch for Russia)
АНКЕРЪ БЫСIIIIЙ СОРТЪ should be АНКЕРЪ ВЫСШIЙ СОРТЪ (high quality anchor)
НA КАМНЛХЪ should be НА КАМНЯХЪ (with jewels)
And only one line have no mistake (low). it means "right move"
Anyway it's great watch :-!

Now this is funny :-D
Usually it's the other way around. You find a lot of mistakes in writing on
Russian watches for the export market.
So it seams that russian is a difficult language and has always been.
BTW thanks for the translation.

the case has some wear on the back, but to me it looks as if the spelling mistakes you have noticed are not mistakes.
look at the ЧАСЫ on the first line - the Ч looks like a H but to me looks like a Ч in reverse, like a y.
Likewise with the word ВЫСШIЙ you say it says БЫСIIIIЙ but to me it looks like the III is really a Ш but upside down... so more like an M if you know what I mean...
НA КАМНЛХЪ does seem to be a mistake.
It could be an old way of writing cyrillic ? like in old english 'f' was the small 's' etc... ?

I agree, some letters looks just badly written, and not mispellings.
Very :-p piece!

NO!:-D
The inscription was written using old, pre-revolutionary cyrillic alphabet. And I agree with you that some letters was written upside down. I guess it is mistake of the graver who made cliche for caseback (cliche should have mirror image but some letters was engraved on cliche like it should be on caseback). In addition he replaced B by Б and Я by Л.
