My new/slightly used Super Avenger came with the receipt and all paper work, but the warranty sheet hasn't been filled in by the sales person. Should I be concerned? The purchase receipt is from 12/05 and is from an AD, but unfortunately the dealer isn't in close proximity to myself. I would like to be able to use the 3 year Mfgs warranty if needed, but don't know if they will honor. What should I do? Or should I even be concerned?

Thanks again in advance.

Jon

I would go back with your receipt and get them to complete the warranty book. You need the booklet with the watch for Breitling to honour the service.

sounds like you bought it from someone other than an AD...either way, you have to deal with the seller.

I too am new around here. I registered and logged in, posted a question and came back to find that I had to re-register! Oh well... Stuff happens! At any rate, I don't own a Breitling yet, but am searching around for one. I like the Colt Chrono, but am leaning towards buying one from my local AD simply because it appears that much of the discussion on the internet is regarding how to avoid buying a fake watch. Although, the prices online appear attractive. I am just afraid of getting burned. When I find the one online that I want I expect I will just post a pic here and ask for feedback.

Take care all!

Thanks...

Mike
