Here is another clue... The internal diameter of the jagged hole is 3.65mm

That's an obscure one - looks like the tool used to install chronograph tubes.

BINGO! I guess it was not obscure enough.....It is a pusher tube wrench. Really nice quality tool from Bergeon. I just replaced the pushers on my Speedmaster. Anyone else around here need their tubes replaced ? :-)
