What model watch and which bracelet? I don't know of any source that sells every bracelet that Seiko makes, but with more information we may be able to point you in the right direction.

Seiko's official service centers will carry stock bracelets for all current models sold in the market where that service center is located. They should also have parts for out of production models that where available in that market, provided the watch has not been out of production longer than 10 years. depending on where you are your local service center will either have the part or be able to order it for you from another service center. IIRC, COSERV in the US might not place the order from YSERV in Japan. Also most service centers will not sell you parts directly. they will sell them to AD's who will in turn sell them to you or they will sell it to you in the condition that the service center does the installation and/or repair.
depending on the bracelet, some sellers, like www.Chronograph.com do have a limited range of popular models available for sale.

That will probably be tough to get from anyone other than a Seiko Authorized Dealer, since it's so new. You could try contacting http://www.watchbands.com and see if they could order it for you. They have one of the largest selections of Seiko bracelets that I've seen online.
