Is this the Constellation ? Could not find out which one or year on this one at all. Also, I would not know if they are real diamonds, but they sure look like they would be since it is an expensive looking watch.

Go to a jeweler and he will check if the diamands are real or not - the easiest way tofind out. Nobody can judge from a pic or description.

This doesn't look like a Constellation but maybe some weren't marked. It's a fancy dress watch with some real value in the bracelet and case.

The movement is not made by Omega and no real Omega watches are marked on the back in the fashion of this watch (these marking would be inside the back). The fakes put this on the back so the buyer thinks the watch is gold without opening the watch to see the movement.

The watch is likely gold-plated and not 18K. The diamonds are likely fake as well.

I have a Constellation fake that came in a box of ebay stuff. Marked exactly like yours. Once I learned about the markings of Omega movements I realized it was a fake. They used a 21 Jewel Japanese movement. Had to use a 10x loupe just to see the it. I took it to a Jewler just to see if there was any real gold. Nope. He was surprized the markings that indicated gold content were so blatantly faked. Mine had a very fancy band etc. But still a fake.

A jewler would be able to tell you if diamonds are real. It in my junk box still, I need to destroy it so nobody gets a 'fake' Omega some day.

A 21 J Japanese movement sounds like it might actually have a decent movement

You might want to save that.

And the O.P. looks like he's got a decent 17J ladies movement.
