Need Help With My Formula 1 Tag

I just bought another Tag, it's a Formula 1 Chronometer. I got a good deal on it, but the only problem is that I don't have a manual. So...I don't know how to use anything on it but the time...It's not like I will be using it anyway, but it would be nice to know...Can anyone help?

It has four hands (not counting the 3 for the chronometer) Hour, Minute, and two others...a white one i thought was the second, but it only moves when I push one of the side buttons...and then a red one that moves by itself and when one of the side buttons are pressed. I don't know how to reset the dials of the chronometer or anything else...

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!!

Do you mean CHRONOGRAPH and not CHRONOMETRE?

Formula 1 watches should be quartz (battery operated). Chronometer would indicate its a high presicion automatic.
