When I picked up my new Skyland the AD did not have all the paperwork, warranty card etc, with it. It was more than likely in his other store. He has yet to find it and has said he is just going to order it straight from the factory and put an end to it.
What should I have received in total? Also, he said the warranty card is something they mail into Breitling, I don't believe that statement? My brother in law has a warranty card with his so I expect one as well.

I don't believe they will be able to "order" you a new set of paperwork for your watch. The warranty and COSC certificate are very specific to your individual watch. You should have received those 2 documents plus the manual with your watch. The warranty card does indeed get mailed to Breitling to "start" the warranty period and identify you as the owner.

More specifically, the AD has a separate warranty registration card that they send out, and you have the small warranty booklet that you keep.
