-As you are most likely aware, the third digit of the model number (eg. A13051) signifies COSC/non-COSC. If it is 0, the movement is non-COSC. If it is 3, the movement is COSC certified. I mention it anyway, just in case.

An alternative would be looking for it at www.breitlingsource.com. The special editions may be listed there, as well.

Finally, the regular disclaimer - whether a movement is COSC or not does not really tell you that much about its performance - COSC requirements are (by today's standards) quite lax, and many manufacturers simply do not bother certifying the movements they use. My Sinn 656's ETA2824 movement is not certified, yet runs stable at +1.5s/24h, just as an example.

thats what i thought plus the fact it says it on the caseback!!

great just looking at one to buy and the dealer doesnt think he has the cert.

wondering if i should buy it without as its the only thing its missing, its def genuine.

if i do how much should i try and get him to reduce the price by?

You can get a replacement COSC by sending your watch to BUK.
I think they'll charge you around 30 GBP.
