Naples Watch Company 47mm ...... Militare Destro

Company: This watch was purchased on eBay from Naples Watch Company. I never had any trouble with communication. I always received an e-mail back, although they were very generic with little detail.

Cost: $100.00 and that included shipping.

Packaging: I was not impressed at all with the packaging of this watch. Basically it had some bubble wrap and tape around the watch itself. The strap was completely unwrapped and the watch was placed in a cardboard envelope that you get from USPS.

Watch: I’ve only had the watch a few days but so far I’m impressed. The case seems to be well finished and fit for the price. The movement is really nice. This is my first experience with a Chinese movement and so far I’m happy. The movement is not loud and winds really easily. I chose to get the “Destro” version because of the watch size. I did not want the crown guard digging into my wrist.

Cons: There are a few cons that I’ve noticed so far. The watch strap is “alright”. It’s not really long enough for larger wrists (mine 7.75). I find that funny considering the size of the watch. The lume on the dial is almost non existent. The hands however are a little different, they seem to have a better coating on them but they don’t last long at all.

Conclusion: I wanted a watch that I could play around with without spending thousands of dollars. I think this watch fits that bill. If given the opportunity to do things over, I’d purchase the same watch again. I’ve already had several complements on it and I’ve only had it 2 days. For the price, you can’t beat it.

:thanks

Nice watch!!!

I received my Naples Watch 44mm ...... Militare last week, but with a small problem, working +2 hours a day. I have sent it to NaplesWatch for replacement and I hope that this time comes in good condition because the watch looks really nice.

how are Naples watches compare to Chris (Ray) watches.. are these water resistant at all or will I drown them if I jump in a pool? also, they seem to over Swiss movement for $300 extra.. is it worth it? what kind of Swiss movement are they using?

Naples watch is no longer is business but you may be able to find a similar watch on Ebay by searching for "...... Militare." There are also some ......'s available on the WatchuSeek sales forums.
