:-s

Love my new Skyland - through regular use, lots of scratches on my band and clasp. How do I get the scratches out and keep them from returning?
(short of putting it in a glass case to only look-a B is meant to be worn!)

Please help - it's less than a month old - love to wear every day - am I just going to have to live with them?

I am going to be getting a rubber Super Ocean strap with a deployant buckle-looks awesome-but fearing the scratches on that too!

Thanks all.

Scratches are like gray hair, some go bald trying to avoid them:-). Most just get on with it and live the life they are given in good grace and acceptance. Polish if you must, or switch to another band that is not so prone to desk damage but you will never get away from depositing a bit of history on your watch each time you wear it. Take pride, its your life!

Just get used to it! It is part of what makes the watch yours. Had my SuperOcean for 10 years, without getting it polished, and it had lots of scratches. I like the worn look anyway. What I did do, was every week or two gave it a good "bath" in Sunlight dish detergent and water, with a good rinse. It sparkled like new, and so did the scratches! Trust me, you will get used to that. You will drive yourself nuts, if you keep trying to polish out every scratch.
Cheers,
Carl

I wear my watch on a bracelet most every day. I end up repolishing every other month at this point. I work with my hands so it looks like hell until I get a chance to refinish it. It takes me maybe 15-20 minutes to do a complete freshening on my watch.
