The Titan and especially the Taucher remind me a lot of a Dreadnought, especially when you consider the movement inside both watches.
If I had this kind of money wanting to buy a watch, I would buy a Doxa for a few dollars more, especially considering the exchange rate between the Euro and the Canadian dollar as compared to the exchange rate between the Canadian and US dollar. And of course the excellent after-purchase service from Doxa.
Okay, Doxa sales plug aside, they just remind me a a lot of other diver watches and seem to piggy-back off other ideas.
And I've never heard very much about Alpha. And my German is more than a little bit rusty.
Anyway, just my thoughts.

The Taucher's case, dial and bracelet is very similar to the Dreadnought, and the hands appear to be the same as the Kobold Seal (Seal uses same basic bracelet as the DN too). I guess it looks good value for €895, certainly against the current $2500 for the DN and $3250 for a Seal. Dont like the bezel though!!
