I had the same watch some time ago. It was the less expensive 3133 ever bought by me (16 Euro!!!). The watch was in quite bad conditions (glass scratched, a lot of chrome lost from the caseback - restored by me with silver paint... :-X ), but it was well-working. Unfortunately i have killed it in one of my "experiments", and now its bones are sleeping in my spare parts box...
