PLARB stands for Podvodnaya Lodka Atomnaya Raketnaya Ballisticheskaya (Russian: Nuclear Powered Ballistic Missile Submarine) B-). It was a category of submarine (including the well-known Kursk :-( ).
Anyway, one of the bidders was "nataly_2hot4you"....very "hot" Ebay account... :-S
