The crest means nothing... it is just design that a jeweler can fill in with an initial if desired.
I see no markings on the movement (or dial for that matter). Are there any?
There are people far more expert than I around here but I would guess a turn of the century Swiss movement... but I may be wildly wrong!

Thanks for posting and welcome. I agree with Eeeb. It's Swiss, 1900-1910 probably. We'll likely be unable to ID the maker as there were lots of them back then, and they didn't label their work very well.

That's a case number and unfortunately these are never useful for ID. Other clues for us include Art Nouveau style hands which were big in the 1890s and early 1900s, and the porcelain dial which means before 1920 usually. However the movement is our best indicator.

Movement is a fairly generic Swiss cylindre escapement from the turn of the century (19th to 20th, that is!). If there are no markings, I would not rule out the possibility that is was made in the "cottage industry". The lack of something like "Cylindre 8 Rubis" on the inside back cover is also not indicative of the highest quality. Still, it is a family heirloom and worth servicing and caring for, if it still works. I inherited a similar one from my great grandfather. It still works, it was my everyday watch in college and I still wear it occasionally - when I can still squeeze into a waistcoat!

It's a Swiss made LeCoultre style movement made between 1830 and 1875. Key wind, cylinder escapement , 8 jewels.
I can't tell about the case because the photos do not show any marks inside the back cover.

Doesn't tell me a lot, sorry. I don't think it's a silver case.
