Nope, not crazy, the Speedy is not for everyone. With the hesalite it is somewhat similar to the weight and feel of a Sub, so I can see where you are coming from on that end. Go with the AT and maybe if you get the itch again pluck one second hand off the bay at a later time. Its hard to keep a speedy out of a collection.

Since you have a Sub, I can see your ambivalence. The Speedy is a different animal -sort of, but if you only have a couple watches, I can see how they might appear not different enough. The AT is great and a dressier watch, too.
For me, the Speedy is an essential Omega, but you'll have plenty of time in your life to get another. You need to follow your gut on these things, anyway.

What Michael Phelps just did in the pool for his seventh gold medal is crazy. His sisters are easy on the eyes, which is nice.

BTW, the AT chrono is one sweet looking Omega that you might consider.
