white rubber ...

i got a white rubber strap off eBay for my white dial aerospace yesterday. unfortunately, the rubber is too think around the spring bars and catches on the watch case. so much so that one of the spring bars initially didn't locate properly. i'm a bit surprised as i've never found this to be a problem before. it's not the greatest quality strap but it's still a little disappointing. there isn't a great deal of choice in white rubber straps, so perhaps i'll have to make do with this one.

you really want a picture? well, how can i put this. my white aerospace is currently still in bits because i still haven't sorted the hands out. but you can have one of the strap on empty case!!!

and no, i would never ever buy a fake strap!!! :-d

i'll just rush and get my camera and append the photo when i've done it.

the yellow table cloth doesn't help. but really the dial is ivory not white and i don't think it looks right. some how i forgot this when i bought it though!!!
