Hey guys, I made an offer of $1300 for this watch on ebay and it was accepted, so I am wondering if I got a good deal?

you got a fair deal IMO, not good but you didn't get ripped off either. I was offered a same color speedmaster day/date in similar condition for $1200 last week, but I didn't buy it.

Fair deal, I would't say it's a bargain. The dress-type watches are usually harder to sell, and sell for less. I think if the watch went to auction, it might've gone a little lower than $1,300. $1,200 sounds like a alright deal.

You got a great watch at a good price. Condition looks fine. You apparently didn't steal it (it's not the only criteria for buying a watch :-d), but you should be very happy with this purchase. You bought it to wear.
You might have spent another 12 hours of your time hunting down one for $100 less.
What's your time worth?

Oh I seen that one. tho from the pictures it seems like there are quite fair amount of scratches. also the seller said "self-winding 45J movement"? isn't it automatic?

self-winding 45J movement

It's an automatic and the scratches on the clasp are easily removed.

Keep in mind that is a Reduced model. I can't recall if the others were, but that one says it has a 36mm case diameter, which is generally considered on the small side.
