My BR01-94 is in the service centre for the 2nd week... sigh.. Estimated completion is 3 weeks.
The problem was a loose minute hand that jumps up and down everytime I flick my wrist. I was told it's a very common problem for loose chrono and minute hands.... is that true!? :-x

oh man, i thought i'm the only one!!!!
I have the SAME PROBLEM on my 01-94, and I just sent the watch to the US B&R serivce center YESTERDAY. The lady told me it's going to take 3 weeks to fix.

Apparently not.... I asked around and found out that it's actually common and some people just didn't notice it.....

It's back and they managed to let the hand jump 2mins instead of 3mins!!!
Singapore's service centre says its not a fault and there should be a tolerance of 2 mins! WTH!?
It's suppose to be a Tool watch, an instrument of precision! 2mins everytime I flick my wrist or knock it into something?!
