Yes, it is. However not the old type from the 1930’s and 1940’s. This movement is a modern version made by Slatoust ( see the triangle) until very recently. It’s main difference with the elder Type 1’s is the single cock holding the escapement wheel and the first wheel, where as in the old one these were having each their own cock. AFAIK, this movement can be found in the many Russian diver watches currently offered on ebay.
