From their latest press release:

Archimede is now offering its successful Pilot series with a Titanium case.

Pure Titanium - the complete watch case as well as the screws and the buckle of the leather strap are made of the material used for airplanes. The usage of Titanium for a pilots watch is obvious. It enthuses through hardness, corrosion resistance and biological compatibility.

Compared to stainless steel the specific gravity of Titanium is around 60%. The complete watch 'Pilot Titan' weighs only 65g und is 11g lighter than the steel version. Due to its cutaneous compatibility also people with allergic reactions can were the Titanium watch. The material adapts body heat quickly and offers therefore higher wearing comfort.

The surface of the Titanium case has a fine satin finish. The reliable Swiss-made automatic movement Eta 2824 is visible through the display back. The handy Titanium pilot's crown ensures optimal usability. The clearly structured dial with bold luminous numerals and ample shaped luminous hands provide perfect legibility.
