I am only aware of a PLB of the 70ties. They had "simple" watches, for example pin-lever-movements, 17 jewels hw movements.

Are they of quality?

I wouldn't judge a pin-lever-movement to be a quality movement. At those times it was cheap and affordable for anybody. If it is a 17 jewels hw movement it is most likely average and not more than that.

The watch says Antichoc. What language is that and what does it mean?

1)Threads merged.

2) Mass product of the 60ties 70ties. Some had pin-lever-movement, some had a swiss or german 17 jewels mechanical movement.
