Mentioned some time ago that my CA came second best when encountering a door handle. Not a gouge more like removal of the patina I think. Best picture I can get with extention tube on camera.

Will this be removed when I eventually get it serviced?

While I can't speak for Breitling service, I can tell you that when you send an Omega, Panerai, or IWC in for routine service, scuffs, nicks, and minor dings are polished/buffed out as part of the job. I see no reason why Breitling would be any different in this regard. True, if it's a big ding, they might not get all of it because of the amount of metal they'd have to remove, but from what I'm seeing in your pic, that'll all come out no problem (you should've seen the job Panerai did on the gouge in my 112 -- simply amazing).

So in a nutshell, no worries, mate -- that'll all be taken care of at your first service. In the meantime, enjoy the wabi.

Regards,
Adam

They'll have that sorted in no time at all when you get it serviced.
My EM came back last week as clean and shiny as it was when I first bought it.

Best wishes,

Hmmm

I think you could get a fibre pen off of ebay and gently have a go yourself, it would look great in no time! :-!

That's one of the beauties of Titanium.

The "ding" on the lug I do not think will come out completely, it would round off the edge of the lug to much. IMO. The side of the case should be a non issue.
