A few days back I was lucky enough to get my new Valkyrie ...my first Kremke timepiece along with my first aviator.

The package arrived and was opened once ample time was available for me to 'play' accordingly with my new watch :-) It is supplied as shown in a larger pelican case, (#1060 size?) with a unique internal foam layout.

The kit includes the watch on a great Black Di-Modell Chronosimo strap, (which was a bit too long for me, but Ian has sent me out a new shorter version - posted the same day I notified him - |>|> on service) a black NATO that it is currently sporting, a waterproof leather Hirsch, a polishing cloth and an extra strap bar with a neat little bar feeder tool.

My initial impressions are that it settles on my 7.25" wrist very well ...the non-ratchet bezel was a change, but it seems very stable -- not turned by a random bump ...the lume is great ...the non-screw down crown caught me off guard - ie my first aviator ...I really like the flat crystal and the blue second hand really seals the deal for me. I am anxious to get the shorter strap on, but the longer I wear it, the more I enjoy the Nato combo.

Overall ...I am very pleased with my purchase and look forward to this one's position in my rotation. :-!:-!

Thanks Ian -

I have #9, and must say that it is a very nice piece of work (and I don't usually go for aviator watches).

Thanks,

I may be sending a request your way, hopefully in the near future. Will you do another 25 if these sell? Thanks.

Hi Joe,

The first batch consists of 24 pieces (002 to 025).
A second batch of 25 pieces will follow numbered 026 to 050 and so on.
