after many days of hunting I have realised that the only option to buy a nice dress watch is go for vintage. so, I would like to purchase a vintage dress watch and since I cannot at present afford an expensive one. My budget is around 150$.

Do you know a seller on eBay which you can actually trust to deliver what he promises, as you have bought several watches through him that were not only exactly as described, but were also professionally cleaned and maintenance done on them before they were offered?

For your budget I'd get a dressy looking Timex, Seiko or Citizen. Otherwise, start saving-up.

Remember with a vintage watch you will probably have to pay for service after you get it so your budget won't go far. Ron's advice is pretty good if you ask me.
