What's the weight of the Seamaster 300M (quartz and automatic)?

Hi all,

I just picked up a 42mm Planet Ocean, but the weight is actually starting to annoying me. :-| It's 179 grams.

Can someone tell me what the weight is for the regular Seamasters (larger sized) for:

Quartz?
Automatic?
Titanium?

Is the Co-Axial movement worth it to keep the watch instead of getting a lighter watch?

a 41mm omega is a light watch, I don't know the weight but my orsa on rubber strap weighs alot more.
