BWC Automatic gold

Yesterday i went to my watchmaker to buy an old STOWA Automatic, which i had seen on display and this is what i came home with instead:

The Stowa was very nice also, but seemed a bit small for my wrist.(Maybe next time)
Also i liked the understated elegance of the BWC.

Now i would be very pleased about any further information on this watch.

Very smart! I can't give you any information on that particular watch (other than I like it!) but BWC were an old Swiss brand dating back to the 20s. Post-quartz they, like so many others, got into difficulties but still survive under that name but with German owners. It is possible that they can give you more information. Try www.bwc-swiss.de
