I got my new 2255 this week and I know the AD wound it for me before he shipped it, but today I decided to wind it myself just so I could hear the clicking sound so I know what it sounds like. Well after about 100 turns I still have not heard any clicking. Is this cause for concern?

Yes, you probably need to get your ears tested! ;-)
Seriously, no, not really, if the overwind protection wasn't working then the watch would either not wind or you would reach a point at which you could wind no further. as neither of these is happening, I reckon you are alright and just can't hear it.

M4TT is probably right, I have a Zeno with 7750 movement and can clearly hear the overwind come in, but on my Fortis Cosmo ...nothing, same with my speedy with the 1045 mvmt.
So don't worry, you will soon know if something is seriously wrong.

about fifty or so, but unless your favourite hobby is snoozing you will be absolutely fine with a dozen or so to give it the idea!
