Many people talk about the original SM300 but does anyone have one? if so can you show some pictures?
I have seen one at Old World Jewellers for $1250 but it would need to trip to biene. Is that a good price? Is it a valued watch or are you better getting the better know SM300

Here is mine. CK2913-5 from 1958. Not as nice as Per's 2913-1, but with the rare Cal 500 movement and blue screws. :-)
Bear in mind, replacement dials do not exist, NOS hands cost $400+, and NOS casebacks are not period. Movement parts are easier.
At $1,250, sounds like the watch is very worn. Wonderful examples such as Per's are worth 3 times that and more.
But when all is said and done, the CK2913 is the first SM300. That speaks for itself. ;-)
