going to be buying within 6 months or so, but was wondering if the lume was the same type on all Ball watches, I see a couple that say Tritium and others that just say gas filled tubes; or is that the gas? Tritium? Sorry for the ignorance here
Also is www.righttime.com (http://www.righttime.com) a good place to purchase?
Thank you
Kent

You're right... the gas filled tubes are tritium. Some Ball watches also incorporate luminova, but tritium tubes are the primary source of lumination. You may have already read on this forum that there are 2 classes of tritium quantity, which directly relates to brightness: T25 on the face denotes 25mCi or less of tritium. T100 (or just "T" on most Balls) denotes 100mCi or less -- but more that 25 -- of tritium. As you might expect, the "T" models are brighter.
Perhaps someone else can chime in on RightTime.
Congrats in advance on your purchase. If you want info, help, or advice, you've come to the right place. A bunch of knowledgable, passionate, and all-around great folks here on the forum.
