Figured I'd throw this out there in a poll. Which do you prefer The Khaki or The American Classic, or do you like them both the same for different reasons? What occasions do you wear them?
I personally like both, but prefer the Khaki as it is a little more of an everyday wearer than my Jazzmaster with is a bit dressier.

The field watches are more classic than the 'classics' for me.

I agree. I like the Khakis for every day wear, and the Classic for a more formal occaission.

I view this as kind of like asking me: do you like regular Oreos, or double stuff? Both are great, I like each for a different reason.
I picked Khaki just because I tend to prefer more casual watches and divers generally. But the American Classics are great, and probably a closer tribute to Hamilton's history (with the exception of the Khaki Field line and its U.S. military roots).

Although I have to admit there have been some new clunkers introduced at Basel the last two years (CODEBREAKER is a DEALBREAKER).

I am a big fan of the Khaki line. The military inspired throwbacks are my personal favorite. Hamilton is also the only place to get a nice factory bead-blasted watch under 200 dollars! :-!
I love my Khaki Mechanical, I trying to add an officer mechanical, but they are hard to track down!

big fan of american classic. looks simple and charm. because i just have jazzmaster viewmatic that's why i chose american classic:-d

I sold my Rolex to pay for my honeymoon, never looked back. Got into the tool watch thing with Marathons for a bit... my Khakis are the best balance of both... tool enough, jewel enough.
