View Full Version : A new start. What are you wearing when getting back

Important update, please read !
Dear all,
As you all may have noticed, the forums are dated back to May 2005. This was the only working back up we could use after the current fora database got corrupted and the harddisk was damaged.
At the moment and after a 24hour test, the hard disk is being shipped to a "clean room" in Germany to be opened and to see if it can be repaired. I expect a report at the end of next week.
Of course I sincerely hope that most if not all data can be retrieved, but in the meantime I've decided not to wait and leave the listed fora unused.
Therefore I ask you to please take the time and trouble to re-register and start things over again. I and the rest of the Watchuseek Team would very much appreciate your continued participation, support and your contributions!
As you may understand the fora will not have the same cool look as they had before the crash. We will work on it of course, but it'll take time, because it is a major job to do. Since there is still a chance the database on the disk can be restored we will not redo all fora just like that, because, and wouldn't that be great ...., there is still a chance we can bring back what was lost.
Please also keep in mind that your contributions may be lost when we are able to restore the previous database.
Thanks for reading, please help us get things started again
Best regards,
Ernie Romers

Have to say from title of this thread I thought for a split moment that

sitting around in a T-Shirt and underwear...oh, I get it... it's still not
that kind of Forum! ;-) Lucky for you guys!
Home from work on a Friday afternoon. Took off my Oris BC3 and put on

Ray,
A little OT but, I like that yellow Seiko diver, is it a current model, or one from years past?
Thanks
