that right now, as I write this, I am using the countdown bezel on my B-1 to time the exact moment necessary for perfection as I turn a rack of BBQ pork ribs.... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... LOL! :-D I'll let you know later how tasty they were. Hahahahahahahaha!!! :-!
