Dear all,

I have a general query with regards to Breitling service repairs

Yesterday afternoon, I brought my Navitimer in for service at my local AD, just for
surety's sake as I wasn't sure the hand of the chronometer was sweeping smoothly As the AD wasn't sure either, we decided to send it to Breitling Netherlands anyway, just to be on the safe side.

My question is as follows: if Breitling Netherlands finds the watch to be in good condition and are of the opinion that the chrono hand is sweeping as it should, will they service the watch regardless or will they return it in its current condition?

Many thanks for reverting and apologies for my rusty English.

Kind regards,

Pieter

Yes, My experience is that they will always service first , then see if the service fixed the problem if not, repair the problem and send it back

However, they won't do anything without sending you an estimate first.
