My brother has inherited a 14k gold Omega from our father, which includes the original box. He needs to sell it, and I'm trying to help him identify the watch so we can get an approximate value. After spending hours trying to find an image of a watch like it on the web with no luck, I went to a watch shop in my local mall to get the watch opened. The numbers the repair man gave me from the inside of the case don't seem to correspond to any that I've seen on the many Omega web sites, so now I'm very confused.
Caliber #: 625.17 jewels
Reference or case #: D6835
Movement #: 35202012
Serial #: 19047
I've attached some photos that might help one of you identify the piece.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Not sure there is much I can add. The watch is from the 70's and based on the model number (6835) is likely to be part of the Omega "US collection".

Thank you Joe for your help. I went to the Omega site and searched under the US Collection. The results were close, but no reference number with D6835. I did write them last week, so maybe they will be able to help.
