Has anyone heard of a vintage watch dealer out of Japan called Private Eyes?

Please move to correct forum if this is not it. I can't find a Inquiry forum though I thought the was one.

My google searches did not turn up anything else except one reference from a post in Timezone forum:

I had never heard of them. Maybe someone else has.
