This is a courtesy post to serve as a reminder of our Buying Process as well as Shipping and Return Policies.

Buying Process

All Prometheus Watch Company orders are placed online via our website http://www.prometheuswatch.com. We understand that this does not offer our customers the opportunity to examine our watches before making a purchase. For this reason we offer a liberal, no questions asked, return policy.

Examine your watch for three days. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return it to us unworn with all packing materials and accessories, and you will recieve a full refund (noting the exclusions, below), less shipping.

Please note that Prometheus watches are large, in the 42mm to 44mm diameter range, and steel watches of this size are heavy. If you are not certain that you will be comfortable wearing a large watch, please try one with similar size at a local watch retailer. Many customers with small wrists, are very comfortable with our large, heavy watches.

Exclusions - If the watch has been worn or the band has been sized, a minimum 30% deduction will be made from the amount refunded.

Shipping, Returns and Assistance during Warranty Period


Shipping

Watches usually ship within 3 days. Our web site will not accept orders for items that are not in stock. All items that can be ordered online are in stock and ready to ship. Please note that we ship only to physical street addresses and we do not ship to post office boxes.

Tracking numbers for your package(s) are available upon request. Contact sales@prometheuswatch.com and provide your order number along with your request. Some services such as UPS, automatically email tracking information.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our goal. In case you are not happy with your watch you can ship it back to us within three business days of receipt in order to entitle for a refund. The actual value of the shipping charge will not be refunded. You have got three days to examine watch. Watches are not liable for a refund in case they have been worn, if the packaging material has been removed, or if the strap/bracelet has been sized. A return may be accepted at the sole and exclusive discretion of Prometheus Watch Company, after inspection, with a minimum deduction of 30% of sales price (including shipping) for watches that have been worn, packaging material removed, or strap/bracelet sized. All accessory sales are final.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. In order to obtain a return authorization a ticket has to be logged in our issues tracking system Mantis (http://www.prometheuswatch.com/mantis/) .

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, or if inadvertently accepted, will be held until funds are received for return shipping. All products authorized for return must be in new, unused condition, and must be returned in the original packaging along with all associated accessories and packaging materials.

If an order needs to be canceled for any reason, please contact our customer service department immediately at sales@Prometheuswatch.com. Please do not refuse acceptance of any shipment. Arrangements will be made to return the shipment after your acceptance of delivery and after you have contacted Prometheus Watch Company.


Issues during Warranty Period
If you have any problem with your watch during warranty period please log a ticket in our issues tracking system Mantis (http://www.prometheuswatch.com/mantis/) . We will look at issues logged and provide a solution.
