I found this watch on flea bay a couple weeks ago and figured it needed a good home. From the pictures and description I kinda expected it would be rather thrashed. My expectation was that I would need to send it in for a complete restoration but I was pleasantly surprised. It even had the box and book.

Rider tab is busted off at 12..

After is arrived I cleaned it up, put a nicer band on it and stole the rider tab off a lesser watch (but ordered a replacement because it was just wrong;-)).

So now I just need to find a white two tone UTC and Rouleaux bracelet so I can match the other. Alan... Do you have any in your mighty stash?

I like the moon phase better than what is on my Navitimer Olympus. Nice find and clean-up.

I really did nothing more than soak it in a bowl of windex and hit it with a tooth brush.

Beautiful watch, The after photo is a huge improvement over the e-bay shot. Your Windex must have magical powers.
The Oly is incredible also. Let me know if it would like to spend some time on the East Coast US. :-d
