Hi everyone! New to the forum and just wanted to know if anyone had any information on a Rodana watch I picked up at an estate sale for $5. I've seen some postings about a Rodana chronograph but I haven't seen anything quite like this one that might help me either date or price it. Thanks for any help!

Late 1940s, early 1950s maybe. We don't give valuations here though. Please read our sticky notes for reasons why.
Rodana and Rodania are I believe the same company. Here's their website.

Rodana has been a well known brand in the 40ties & 50ties.

The "Rodana" watch company was founded in 1930 in Grenchen Switzerland by Hans Baumgartner, according to the company website.
It is said that the name was changed to "Rodania" in the 1950's.

Think it's worth fixing up at least? Movement works but it doesn't seem to stay accurate. I like how simple it is... reminds me of some of those old military timex. Thanks for the input so far!

Haven't seen the movement so it's hard to say what condition it's in.
It probably will cost more than the watch is worth to service it. However nobody gets interested in vintage watches to make money. If you like it, it's probably worth it.
