Normally I would have passed up a project like this but I liked the dial and its a Landeron cal 47 center pusher movement. The movement that came with the case was the original 7 jewel movement which I replaced with a 17 jewel 47 and used the original chrono bridge after installing the jewels in it. The 7 jewel movements can have excessive wear so I did not want to try to restore it. Case was replated in 24K gold and new NOS pushers and crown were installed. Welsbro was a well known brand that has long since gone out of business. I liked the way it turned out. Craig

I, for one, am glad to see you took on this project. Aside from your beautiful workmanship, the fact that a unusual watch has been restored in this "Throw it away world" we live in makes a real statement for your love of the craft. Congratulations and thank you. Very well done.
Best, Frank

Hi Craig - nice job saving that one. I'm a sucker for subdials overlapping the other features.

Have to gloat a little here, I have been trying to buy a flyback chronograph for a month now and Craig has saved the day! It's in the post to me, mememeMEEE!

You can't go wrong with one of Craig's watches. Here are 4 that I have gotten from him and he has repaired a couple of my others.
