Woohoo! Finally got it!

Just got home from picking up my first Rolex!! I got a Explorer II with the white dial. I wore it home and couldnt stop looking at the glow on the dial and arms and thinking, man thats kinda bright. Does this dull with time and if it does, anyone know how long it takes?
