While considering a caliber runing for test (, a question came suddently to me : in which metal are usually made calibers? I believe this one is a Ni-Fe stainless steel but could it be brass plated with nickel, rhodium..? And generaly speaking?

Generally plates and bridges are made of nikel or alpacca or brass.
Surface can be electroplated with nickel, rhodium, gold and other.
Before elecroplating, old watches were gold plated by dangerous mercury method.
