I thought I'd repost this thread along with the movement pics thread.
Ok, so I shot some more pics of my fake CA today and put them side by side with pics of the white dial from Breitling's site or my old blue dial. I think the differences are quite significant when seen like this, but the casual observer without this advantage would likely not see them. I'm still working on getting the back opened to see whats inside.
First, here is the fake by itself. Not too bad looking except for the hand that fell off.

Now, here is a side by side comparison of the right edge of the watch. Look at the difference in the rider tab font and especially the font in the date window. The black box around the date window is nice and even on the real one and uneven on the fake. Also the date is nice and centered on the real one. The minute markers on the bezel are shorter and fatter on the real one. Some have thought that maybe the case is real, and I thought that was a possibility for a brief time, but there are too many things wrong on the case for that to be. Even though I really think it is Ti.

Here is a comparison of the logos. They are quite different when compared next to each other, but again, the casual observer of the fake wouldn't notice.

Here is a comparison of the left side of the face. Notice especially how the 8 and 10 are cut off. The are more cut off on the real one. Also, the font on the #4 is slightly different. The lume dots are smaller on the fake. The subdials on the real one seem to have concentric circles in them. None of that on the fake. All of the large silver numbers on the dial seem to be thicker on the real one.

Here is a shot of the crown. The B is certainly different.

Here is a clasp comparison. The clasp on the real one is much more defined and the font is slightly different as well.
