I'm looking after some info about this watch....
I think it has three ( crown + 2 extra) button's but it's no chronograph.
The two buttons serve to adjust the hands.
Is this a rare watch ?

 I think this was the one that had the coolest power reserve. It changed colours from Green to Red and didn't take up a lot of the dial that
some do, like the Spring Drive.

Here's mine Marc. (assuming you are talking about the ones from the 90s) Not particularly rare or popular, but some cool complications. Powered by cal15. Second time zone, day/night indicator, second date subdial. You are correct, the pushers on the right advance/retard the hour hand. The pusher on the left controls the date subdial at 6 o'clock. I really like it, but it is a bit small at 38mm compared to the monsters out there now.

I'm unsure of the advertised power reserve, and I keep it on a winder, so I really can't say.
