Depending on where you are hq0002, you may wish to employ a " sales corner strategy " if you get my drift.

Like Gerard suggested, the Sales Forums are a great way to sell. In addition to the one here at WUS, you might also check out the one on TZ (http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t=threadt&frm_id=32), which is quite active.

Keep in mind that, while most buyers and sellers are good folks, neither of you get quite the same protection as ebay, so you have to take precautions. Be prepared to offer references to potential buyers.

For me, it's more enjoyable to transact with fellow watch nuts, rather than through ebay, but that big auction site gives you a much larger audience.

By the way...I hope you're not selling off an Omega!!!

sorry to disappoint but it is an Omega, Mid Seamaster automatic, but im planning on replacing it with a speedmaster (so trades may be an option too).

If anyone here is interested ill probably have something up this weekend when i get a chance to take some pics.

Hmm, mid size SMP for me feels a little small after owning the full size ones. Well I think a Speedmaster is a great choice :-! as long as you still own an omega...haha

agreed, it was my first real watch and at the time the size was perfect- a standard normal sized watch, after purchasing and wearing a 40mm for a while the SMP shrunk.
