I like the look of the Sinn 856, but anyone know of a dual time (UTC) watch for under $1000.
Thanks

You might like the Fortis Flieger GMT

Actually there's a HUGE selection out there. Do you prefer...
Analog 24 hour display on external bezel with 3rd hand?
Internal 24 hour bezel?
Digital display window like IWC UTC or Hamilton Khaki?
Smaller GMT reference and hand (like the Fortis)?
Any other complications needed (date, day, chronograph)?
Material (steel, titanium...)?
Quartz or auto?
My favorite GMT watches in that price point are the Glycine Airman models (I prefer the "purist" 24 hour, 2 timezone models but most are also available in 12/GMT 3-timezone versions). They have a couple new models coming out at Basel that you may like (Double 24 and SST 06)...no pics yet.
You also might like the MarcelloC GMTs.

I definately like the look of the Fliger. it is very much like the Sinn 856. I prefer Automatic. Material doesnt matter much stainless or titanium. Dont need a chronograph and date is not that important either. I prefer the internal 24 hour bezel, but I do like the outer also.
Thanks for the reply

I own the above Fortis on a strap and it's an excellent value imo at a bit over 600 at www.redfingerprint.com (http://www.redfingerprint.com)

IMHO,
The Fortis is a great watch as is the Sinn 856 and i have owned both but my vote goes to Glycine Airman 2000 without any reservations.
