Hi,
I am looking for a good second hand, or NOS Breitling quartz.
Preferably a verly "clean" dial, 'cause my eyes don't work so well yet.
Any reccomandations ?

Hello Uncle Fred,
Based on your contraint I'd recommend (in that order) an Aerospace ("Professional" line up), Colt Quartz ("Aeromarine" line up), or Emergency ("Professional" line up again). They all can be obtained with black or dark blue dial. Depends on your preference now! You can't go wrong with any of these.
Cheers!

Oh, by the way, there's nothing to be ashamed of, if what you want is a quartz B... those SuperQuartz movements are absolutely great! I love mine, and no doubt you will too ;-)

If you can find one, that would be a nice watch too!
Kind regards,

Uncle Fred,
Welcome to the forum.
I agree with a previous post that a Colt Quartz could be great for you. At the bottom of this post click on the thumbnails to see a couple of (not very good) pictures - the one on the left is a Colt Quartz reference A57035 from the late 1990's. These can be had for I think about $800 but you need to check the price as I'm guessing. I really like these older Colt Quartzes I must say.
The one on the right at the bottom is a recent/current model, the Colt Quartz ref A74380 which I think you can get for about $1200-$1600 but again I am guessing and you need to check.
Another with a reasonably easy-to-read dial although you might find it a little busy is the SuperOcean:

Good luck in your search!
