Sorry I've been gone for awhile. I just got a new BMW and have been somewhat consumed by BMW forums trying to learn about their European delivery program. I just got back from Munich 2 weeks ago and it was a wonderful trip! We met a few watch guys that we knew via the forums and that live in Germany. They drove down about 3h to meet us for brunch and show us around Munich a little.
Anyway... So checkout this thread over on one of the BMW forums. Last year I'd mentioned on here how my friend claimed that Breitling bracelets were made in Asia and even though I called BUSA and they told me they were made in Switzerland, he still wouldn't go for it because companies lie you know.
Also, Breitling supposedly makes improvements to the ebauches that they get from ETA, although I've never been able to figure out what those are. Does anyone else know? There is a guy that seems pretty well informed and is in the midst of an argument about it. He seems to have some good info on what they do.
