I have had great service on quality items at good prices from TimeFactors and Global Watchband, mentioned above.
I have to add, very fast turnaround on an order and competitive pricing from Walt at
http://www.lonestarwatches.com/
Four days from placing the order in the US to receiving it in my letterbox in Australia (and that was via el cheapo USPS Global Priority Mail -- so a pat on the back for the United States Postal Service, too!).

Michael Kares couldn't customer service his way out of a paper bag.
I would detail my experiences but those posts seem to disappear off this forum :-s

You've made your point already and posted private e-mails in here and on other watch forums. You have even chosen to post on ripoffreport.com! Not the way I would try to solve my issues with a vendor. Sometimes either of both parties or even both kill the communication which leads to an unsolved matter. This is certainly the case here. After reading lots of positive feedback from satisfied customers I would not think anyone should avoid Watchband.biz only because of your bad experience at all.
I need to ask you to contact watchband.biz by e-mail or PM and move on. I will not accept any new messages from you related to this subject.

Oh, and btw, if this deal bothers you this much then why not remove all crap on every forum and ripoffreport.com and send the strap to my address? I will be happy to fully refund your money and put an end to this for once and for all.
Let me know by PM only.

Perhaps check the positive feedback and testimonials on watchband.biz and here. Buy with trust I'd say.

Update: I emailed twice and cannot get a reponse. My credit card has been charged. It has been 1 week since I ordered and I cannot get in touch. Very poor customer service. If I do not recieve my order within 1 more week, I am disputing the charge on my CC.
www.watchband.biz is not recommended.

Has anyone dealt with watchbandcenter.com? Their prices seem competitive but I had not seen them mentioned before. Thanks

They're a small German company. I ordered straps from them to my Chinese address. They went through some efforts to fulfill my special delivery requirements.
Everything was smooth, communications OK, had the straps just 1 week after ordering. I'd deal with them again.

If you check PMWF, there's more than one person with Watchband.biz issues, and at least one of those is a high-post count member. There's two sides to every story, but there's some smoke in that one I think.
I've had good luck with Watchbandcenter. I can highly recommend them.
One of my favourite source for straps, especially for Di Modell is Ray (ebay seller 'rjbimpexp'). Good service and communication + competitive prices :-!
