Am I asking too much?

What is the current retail price of a Breitling leather strap with Breitling OEM buckle? I have put up a lightly used tan strap w/buckle for auction starting at $100 and there doesn't seem to be any interest. Am I asking too much?

No idea what current prices are but that sounds reasonable.
Good pics make a world of difference on ebay, maybe that's it?
Have you tried selling it on the various watch fora?

Photos are good; description is correct. I thought $100 was a good starting point because the last time I bought a strap was about 10 years ago - an OEM Cartier strap (no buckle) that cost me $150.00

I haven't posted in any other forum because, although I have been a collector for over 20 years, I didn't really have much interest in them until recently. Therefore, no 'repuation' established to make someone feel 'safe' to buy from me, whereas my eBay feedback is 100%.

You might try that.
The guys in the Breitling Forum here are friendly and knowledgable and might be of assistance, maybe pm someone there so it doesn't look like a disguised sales post tho.
