Aloha to the Ohana!
How's life where you are? Things here in Kauai have been pretty
hectic as we continue to launch Bathys Hawaii. It's not easy
getting the word out about something new! Currently we are in talks
with several high-end jewelers and surf/dive shops here in Hawaii
as we look for dealers locally. Also been taking the watches to the
beach and letting surfers try them out - lots of good feedback and
ideas coming in.
Attached are 4 images...
1) a photo of the face of the Ultraviolet watch;
2) a photo of the back of the UVW;
3) another photo of the back lit slightly differently so you can see how the color can change slightly;
and 4) an "blueprint image" done by Ohana member Brian Green. This guy
is amazing! He's done this type of thing with his Doxa and Omega
Speedmaster, and now with his Bathys. I think it shows well that
the Ronda quartz large date movement we use is more complex than it
is commonly assumed. Thanks Brian!
Hope each of you is well and your day can be filled with a bit of
what we call 'aloha' spirit.
Take care.
Cheers,
John
